Shoeb Khan, Times of India reporter and an alumnus of East-West Center cross-border reporting programs, was selected for the Merit Awardees' 2018 list of Karpoor Chandra 'Kulish' International Award for Excellence in Journalism 2018 and 2019 for his reporting on the water crisis and highlighting the struggles of people in Jaipur, Bhilwara, and Ajmer.
